Click here for a Membership Application It is now a PDF form you fill in on-line and print after it is completed. Membership Dues are $60.00 per member. Membership rests with the member’s Firm and can only be transferred by written request of the Firm. The membership year runs concurrent with the Division’s fiscal year, beginning November 1^st. Applicants will be considered members for the current membership year upon receipt of payment. Dues must be paid each membership year to renew a person’s membership. We are a not-for-profit business group that serves its member firms as a body of experts on all matters pertaining to income processing, providing a forum to review, discuss and consider procedural and regulatory issues that effect our business operations, and ultimately, how we service our customers. As a representative voice of the members we serve, we liaise with depositories, agent banks, trading exchanges, and government agencies.

We focus on issues involving, but not limited to, fixed income securities as well as equities; on structured securities (MBS & ABS) as well as ADRs, and more. Our members are a group of professionals and specialists that are involved with a broad range of subjects, both foreign and domestic, including:

The primary objective of our organization is the development of greater efficiency and uniformity of practice in the processing of dividends, bond interest and other related distributions by banking institutions and brokerage firms.

Our intent is to promote a spirit of cooperation and goodwill among the professionals and specialists that hold similar positions of responsibility within the Securities Industry and Financial Markets.

Additionally, the goals of the Dividend Division include the dissemination of information, the ability to provide services to Member Firms, and to serve as a body of experts on all matters pertaining to income processing.

Until direct on-line registration and payment processing is made available to our members, please download the PDF attachment for the event. These attachments include a flyer providing information about the event as well as a registration form.

Complete the registration form while it is open in your browser; you will be able to fill in the required information on screen.
Print the completed form after you have filled in all of the required information.
Fax the form, as directed on it, to the event coordinator.

ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE FAXED

If you will be paying by check, mail the check, together with the form. (It will be matched to the faxed copy already received.)

Five Officers and a ten member Executive Committee govern the Division, each chosen from members in good standing and voted into office at the Annual Meeting. Their roles and responsibilities are outlined in the Constitution and By-Laws of the Division.

An Advisory Board, selected from the general membership, assists the Officers and Executive Committee through discussions on current issues and by participation on the Division’s Committees. All past Presidents are deemed members of the Advisory Board, in accordance with the Constitution, and may so actively continue to serve at their discretion.

General members are encouraged to provide feedback on current initiatives, inform the Division of a concern, or request assistance in addressing an industry issue. Their participation on a Sub-Committee is welcome. However, the best way to get involved (actively participate) in the Division is to become a member of the Advisory Board.
