ADR
Mission:
This committee addresses issues surrounding American Depositary Receipts and brings the perspective of the ADR Agents into focus.
DTCC
Mission:
The main objective of this committee is to review issues surrounding The Depository Trust Company’s dividend/income processing procedures as they affect the Industry. Its secondary purpose is to help identify deficiencies and make recommendations that would benefit all of DTC’s participants. The committee can act as a liaison between member firms and DTC and meets monthly with DTC to discuss any open issues.
EDUCATION
Mission:
The committee responsible for coordinating our educational seminars.
FIXED INCOME SECURITIES
Mission:
A committee dedicated to identifying and addressing issues stemming from all fixed income securities, including mortgage or asset backed and government securities as they relate to income processing within the securities industry.
INTERNET
Mission:
The committee responsible for maintaining the information within the Division’s website and providing ideas to expand its functionality. This committee will strive to make the site more useful to members by educating them on its contents and functionality.
MEMBERSHIP
Mission:
The standing operating committee within the Division responsible for our annual membership drive and publication of the membership directory.
NOMINATING
Mission:
A committee defined by the Constitution of the Division which is formed three months prior to the annual meeting. The President of the Division shall appoint 3 Members, in addition to the Vice President and the Secretary. The duties of the Committee shall be to: select candidates for the various Elective Offices and Executive Committee; interview such selections
SCHOLARSHIP
Mission:
The standing committee which coordinates the scholarships offered to children of Division members.
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
Mission:
The committee responsible for planning and coordinating the Division’s social activities, to provide the very best possible experience for our members and guests at our Annual Meeting and Dinner and our Annual Golf Outing.
TAX REPORTING
Mission:
The goal of this committee is to inform the brokerage/banking community of any and all matters that impact dividend/income processing from a tax related perspective. It reviews issues that should be addressed by the Division as a result of regulatory changes that will affect the securities industry. The committee sponsors an annual Tax Seminar with experts from within the Industry to discuss current events.
